Open For Summer Dinner — It’s a Fundraiser!

It’s time to order your Open For Summer Dinner for pick-up at Arthur’s Pub at the Best Western Plus, 930 Burnham Street, Cobourg.

FALL OFF THE BONE RIBS

A 1/2 rack of BBQ back ribs, tender BBQ pulled pork, house-made loaded baked potato salad and cornbread for just $25.

The dinner price includes a $10 donation to local charities in support of women and children.

The Rotary Club of Cobourg is vigorously helping to fund Ed’s House, our new, very important, and necessary hospice.

This take-out fundraiser dinner is important to us and our efforts, as Covid-19 shut down all of our normal fundraising ventures, like the Waterfront Festival and our traditional Ribfest.

Please help us help Ed’s House by ordering dinners for June 13 at arthurspub.ca. The stay-at-home order will have been lifted as of June 2, so perhaps you can organize a mini outdoor dinner event of your own (with all the protocols in place, of course).

The Best Western’s summer tent will be up; you may be able to reserve an outdoor table for your meal when you order your dinners. Tables will be available on a first-come, first-reserved basis.

Order, one, two, or a half dozen dinners. Either way, you’re getting a delicious Summer-Season-Opening barbecue dinner and the $10 contribution to Ed’s House from each dinner ordered will make a big difference — to all of us.
