INTERACT
Interact brings together young people ages 12- 18 to develop leadership skills while discovering the power of service above self.
• Promote international understanding.
• Become leaders in their school and community.
• Have fun and make new friends.

CCI Interact meets every Tuesday in Room 111 at 10:55 with teacher leaders Brenna Clarke, Suzanne Kerr, and Rotarian Karen Parker. They organize two projects a year. One that helps their school or community, and one that promotes International organizations.
One project is a community dinner held in the cafeteria in February. All are welcome.
The international projects vary from aiding schools in Africa to Polio eradication to clean water projects.
They raise funds in various ways, including, bake sales, Valentines “crush” , a pop up 10,000 Villages sale and selling candy kebabs.
Some of the projects include the Giving Tree, Coats for Kids, Adopt a grandparent, Christmas cards for seniors in nursing homes, along with many others. The Interact team have assisted Rotary with Ribfest and Waterfront festival.
