YOUTH EXCHANGE

The Rotary Club of Cobourg  has participated in the school year Youth Exchange program since 1977.

All Rotary student exchange programs are done under the auspices of Rotary International and are conducted with Rotary districts who have been certified by Rotary International with practices to maximize the protection of the youth participants.

This program is open to secondary school students who

• Are Canadian citizens 
• Full time public secondary school students in grade 10 or 11 attending St. Mary Catholic Secondary School or Cobourg Collegiate Institute
• Reside in the Cobourg club geographic area 
• Meet the age requirements of the exchange 
• Be of good health with no significant pre-existing medical conditions 
• Recommended by their school
