On Friday February 6th Cobourg Rotary is hosting a Western-Inspired fundraising event.
Dust off your boots and be prepared for an evening of Western fun… complete with live music, dancing (and line-dancing), great food and drinks. There will be a silent auction, a live auction and other western experiences.
The dress code is western glam (or not)… boots, fringe, sparkle. You can dress it up or down..it’s all about the fun!
Every dollar raised from this unforgettable night will go towards supporting Northumberland Hills Hospital and other community initiatives. You will be making an impact in the lives of those who need it most.

Blending the best of country, rock, and pop, this powerhouse band brings high energy, big talent, and crowd-favourite hits you can’t help but dance to. From Chris Stapleton to The Hip, they’ll keep the floor buzzing and boots stomping all night long!

We’re serving up a Western feast that’s as bold as the vibe! Local favourite Prep Food Co is bringing the heat with mouthwatering bites like mini fried chicken sandwiches, fall-off-the-bone Korean BBQ ribs, smoky brisket BBQ plates, and creamy mac & cheese loaded with crispy shallots and pickled jalapeños.
Then, save room for dessert, we are adding the sweet touch with irresistible cheesecake-in-a-cup creations, including seasonal favourites like pumpkin pie and tiramisu.
Add in fresh coffee, western-inspired cocktails, and a buzzing food station setup, and you’ve got a culinary roundup as unforgettable as the cause.
